By installing or using Cuezoom (the software) you agree to these terms.

License

You may use the free version for personal and commercial work. A Pro lifetime license belongs to the buyer and can be active on up to 3 devices at a time. You may not resell, publish or redistribute license keys.

Your content

You own everything you record and export. You are responsible for having the right to record what is on your screen, including other people's content and personal data.

Lifetime

Lifetime means for as long as Cuezoom is offered, including future updates of the extension. If we ever stop offering Cuezoom, the last version you have keeps recording and exporting offline.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, processes orders and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Cuezoom to break the law, infringe other people's rights, or record people without the consent required where you live.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Cuezoom after a change, you accept the new terms.
