14 days, full refund

If Cuezoom Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase from the address you ordered with. We refund the full amount and won't ask you to fill in a form.

How refunds work

• Lemon Squeezy sends the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• The license key is deactivated and the extension goes back to the free plan.

After 14 days

We look at later requests one by one, for example when a bug on our side stops Cuezoom from working for you.
